You’re smart. You’re talented. But you’re just not where you want to be professionally. Whether you want a promotion, to start a new business, or transition into new responsibilities, I can help you get there more quickly than you can on your own. My approach is to hold you accountable to your goals in a way that allows you to stretch professionally.
I use a four-step process designed to get you moving quickly. We start with identifying what you really, really want. Depending on your situation, this might involvement completing some career assessments to help you learn more about yourself. Then we work on you believing in yourself. This is the part where I’ll tell you what I see and what I don’t see. Next comes the strategic plan — a step-by-step outline. And then we work to put the plan into action. My approach is customized for you. We design strategies that work with your strengths. I commit to give you honest feedback. In between sessions, there will be homework to complete and challenges you’ll be working on. I’ll hold you accountable and support you through each step of the way.
Coaching is done over the phone, or if you live in the Portland, Oregon area, in person. After our intensive first session (2 hours), we meet two to three times a month, with an initial commitment of three months for professional development coaching.
